Our taxi services are provided for personal and commercial travel within Goa. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
Bookings & Payments

Bookings can be made via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Fares are communicated at the time of booking and are based on distance, time, or trip type.

Any additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, or interstate taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations

Cancellations should be informed in advance.

Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges depending on the situation and trip type.
Pickup & Drop

Customers are requested to be ready at the scheduled pickup time.

Delays caused by the customer may result in waiting charges.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must carry valid identification if required.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be chargeable.

Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Luggage Policy
Luggage allowance depends on the vehicle type booked. Excess luggage must be informed at the time of booking.
Liability
While we strive to provide safe and reliable services, My Goa Taxi Services shall not be held liable for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Privacy
All personal information shared during booking is handled as per our Privacy Policy and is used solely for service-related purposes.
